WORST. BED & BREAKFAST. EVER.

Hey, If you're gonna be in the LA area next weekend, we're having an Anthology 451 book release at Nucleus Gallery on Dec. 4th from 2-5. Come by and say Hi. Some artists from the book will be there including John Hoffman, Kris Pearn, Rodolph Guenoden, Myself and Viktor Kalvachev. Should be fun.

update: After thinking about it, and considering Bernard's comment I wanted to try a version that addressed some of the things that were bugging me a bit. Unify the image a bit more. Voila!

LINK TO "FABLE 3" OPENING CINEMATIC

I was super lucky to be involved in a few projects that were recently released. I did storyboards for the Fable3 opening cinematic as well as boards for the cinematics in Knight's Contract. The projects were done by Blur Studio and it was a pleasure to work with the awesome crew there. A few friends have asked to see these so I figured it's easiest to post here. Cheers.

Hah! another update.

When I finished the piece below, it had strayed from my original idea so I decided to re-do it.

Update!

Huzzah! I'm glad to announce a comic I was involved with : Anthology 451. A group of us started this little bad boy a while ago and it's being printed as I type this. Some of the monster talent involved:

John Hoffman (our fearless editor and designer of the cover above)
Rodolphe Guenoden
Robin Joseph
Viktor Kalvachev
Kris Pearn
Mike Thomas (MT)

The bottom image is, of course another gate(and unrelated to the anthology)

Well, looks like I have my post for 2010 out of the way. Here's looking forward to 2011! It's been pretty crazy for the last few months. I was super lucky to be involved in storyboarding some video game cinematics in my evenings and working on a new show during the day(I work in animation). I had a moment to take it easy and felt like updating a piece I did years back. Minotaur 2.0
